Thanks for reaching out to us. The casement operator shown here reminds me of the 39-253LB & 39-253RB or the 39-438B & 39-439B. The best match will depend on the design of the guide used at the end of the long arm as explained in the video below. Take a look and see what you think. 

Note that the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers are sold separately.
