Operator malfunction

Question

The window will fully open but will not close the last approximately 1 inch. The handle rotates attempting to fully close but doesn't work. I also don't see how the operator is removed. This is a Pozzi casement window.

Hey there. Looks like you might have the 39-036 Dyad Operator (its opposite-hand is the 39-035). For new covers and handles, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.

You should check to make sure the hinge set in the window isn't the actual issue here. Detach the operator arm from the sash and then try moving the sash back and forth by hand. If it has the same issue before closing, then the hinge set is the culprit here. See if the 10" 36-004-10 matches up.
