Am I correct to presume that your part# 39-365 is the direct replacement for my operator shown in the picture? The arm on my operator is 9 1/2" and the screw placement is the same as part# 39-365.
Also, I need 10" hinges for these HURD windows. Would I be buying your part# 36-048?

Thanks for reaching out! Your operator appears to be closer in style to the 39-027E and its opposite handed version, part 39-028E. These are an updated version of your existing operator. The compatible crank handles are the 39-114L non-folding and 39-205 folding crank handles.
Take note of the roller at the end of your 9-1/2" operator arm, it is plastic and operators with the 39-533, which looks much like the track installed to the bottom of your sash. The 39-365 has a metal roller and would not be compatible with your track.
Carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right fit.
In regard to the hinges, I'm sure the 36-048 will work as a suitable replacement. Although, you'll want to review the dimensions and compare them to your existing hinges, since it isn't likely they have the exact same dimensions.
The good news is that this hinge set can be used to replace both the top and bottom hinge on the left and right side of the sash. Take a look and see what you think.
