Operator and crank assembly

Home Owner from Des Moines, IA
Arm says 30744 but I'm having issues with the internal hardware slipping when cranking the window in or out. I want to buy the exact same assembly but I'm not sure which to buy.

It definitely sounds like the gears in the operator are stripped out. There's a very good chance we have the model you need, but in order to narrow it down I would like you to remove the original from the window and show me a clear picture of it without obstruction. I will need to see the whole assembly in one shot, that way I know for sure what details to look out for. Please let me know if that will be possible.

Hi Tom, Thanks for getting back to me. I'm a little nervous about removing the assembly without a replacement at this point because of the cold weather. Is there a way to remove a piece to show what you need without disconnecting from the window?

The main thing I need to see at this point is the bearing at the end of the arm, which will require disconnecting it from the sash. You don't have to remove the whole thing from the window, that just makes it easier to see.

I'm hoping these help. The housing seems to be riveted on so I can't remove without tearing it all apart. Any idea which one this is?

That's a huge help, thank you. This operator looks like our 39-013 and 39-014. Look them over and see what you think.
