Ordered the wrong part

Hello. I ordered 7lb left and right balances. The problem is with the size of the notch that the window drops into. It is too small. I hope the pictures help tell the story. Would you need measurements of the original slot to recommend the right product?

Thanks for writing in! We suggest using our 15-177 pivot shoe to replace the coil balance shoe you have. The compatible coil spring would be our S152-7. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm that this is a better fit for you.

Keep in mind you'll also need to replace the balance spring covers and the pivot bars as well. The parts that make up the cover for the balance are the 15-143 coil busing, 15-144 coil bushing cap, and the 15-145 coil support barrel.

I'll need to see a photo of the existing pivot bar to determine if it is compatible with the 15-177 or to determine what a suitable replacement would be.
