PGT window in Virgin Islands

I need this operator. It's a reverse mount. The screws are 4 1/2" apart and go through the bracket in photo Blett 3. It needs the bracket base or else the operator bounces and bumps when I open or close the window.
The windows were installed by a local company but they added the operator separately. I can't find parts.
