Can't find any numbers. From looking at videos and pictures, think these are the replacement parts:

15-259
15-255
5159
26-083

Its a double hung window.

Thanks for posting! Yes, these are the parts we would typically recommend for replacing Simonton hardware. Although, the 5159 should be the S159; this is the Series 159 Coil Balance. To determine which of these is the correct coil for your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the strength of the springs needed to complete your assembly.

If there aren't any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.

Since your window uses a double coil, you'll need the 15-256 Coil Double Support, instead of the single support.

Hi Joe,

I'm sorry to say that does not help. You'll need to review and compare the hardware to confirm that it will be a fit in your window.

Be sure to take another look at my response and the provided video.

Hi Joe,

Since the sash weighs 20lbs, you can use the S159-05 coil balances.
