where can I find replacements or subsitutions for these.

1 1/4 inch wide,1/2 inch thick,1 1/2 inch high.no idea the manufacturer. or model number

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have an exact match for your hardware but we have a few options for you to consider. The first one is the 15-199 which uses the 1/2" Series 160 springs. The other option is the Series 140. Review the specifications for each and see what you think.
