Hello,

I am looking for a replacement tensioner for my windows. Attached are the pictures I have, unfortunately all 4 are broke.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your window uses an older Simonton Coil balance that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and the Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion below. Let us know if you have any questions!

You will need to weigh the window sash on a bathroom scale. From there, please provide the sash weight and I can assist with the correct weighted coils needed.

One of the sash's weighs 18.5 lbs.

For a 18.5 pound sash, you can use (1) S159-09 coil spring with the 15-255 single support on both sides of the window. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
