Part Identification Help

Hi there! Can you help me identify this channel balance model? It has elements of the S395 mixed with the S380.... It says 1440 BS1/N along the channel. The channel measures 15 inches long and is 1/2 inch wide (9/16). I was only able to include a picture of it removed as there was only 1 unit (thus the window frame is missing the other channel balance) and it was nailed into the window frame. I also included a picture of the clips that were in the window frame for reference. Many thanks!

Thanks for posting! I believe you have either our S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between t hem is the depth of the bottom fitting, so you'll need to measure yours to confirm the better choice. We have detailed dimensions on each balance's store page that you can use as a reference.

The take out clip you show in your last photo appears to match our 16-002.
