(2) 3rd and 4th Pictures : Block and tackle channel balance : Stamped/engraved 2500 BSI LB. In this one the spring holder is cracked!
Do you have this whole part or closest match ?

Thanks for reaching out to us. For the keeper bar, I actually think that's the glazing bead. Can you confirm? This is the plastic vinyl snap-in that holds the glass in the window frame. If it is the glazing, then I need you to remove a small sample and show me a clear picture of the end profile. That will allow me to confirm if we have a match. For the channel balance, I can't really make out your design from these photos. I would like you to show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, and the hook at the bottom of the cord. Just to be safe, please make sure to show us these details on an undamaged balance. I think the one you show here is a bit too damaged to accurately ID, so an undamaged version will make sure that we aren't missing any important details. Finally, would it be possible to get the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce? You said it was 10-15 pounds, but a 5 pound difference is huge when it comes to balances. I will need the exact weight. |

Thanks! That's a huge help. This balance appears to be a match for our Series 770. The metal channel should be 26" long, but you should measure it yourself to confirm. Once you have the sash weight you can check the chart we have on the S770-26 store page, that will tell you exactly how much weight each option supports. |

That's the glazing bead that I mentioned in my first response. We may have this, but as I mentioned before it will be necessary to see the end profile. I cannot identify it as long as it's still installed. The video below will go into more detail as to what I need from you. |

I'm afraid I can't make a recommendation. I don't really have a reference to use to narrow down the list of possible replacements, which at this stage is very large. We need to see the end profile to proceed. In the meantime, you can see our full selection of glazing bead here. You may be able to find a possible match, but ultimately you're going to have to get the end profile shape and size to confirm it. There is no other way. |

Thanks! This is perfect. What you have here looks like an older version of our 55-015. I think this is still a promising match, but you can see our dimensions below to confirm. You can also order a sample here to try out before you commit to a purchase, that way you can know for sure. All that aside, I'm optimistic that this is what you want, I just like playing it safe. The Series 770 is compatible with quite a few different pivot shoes. The two most common are our 15-129 and 15-178, but these are just two of many. You will ultimately need to remove the original and compare it to the specs we show for each of these products to confirm which one is the better match, if either. As for the lock and kaeeper, there are a couple different options for this, as well. Like I mentioned before, we need to know the distance between the two screw holes (center-to-center). This goes for the keeper and the lock, though they are usually going to be the same. |
