Part help needed

Thanks for posting. We'd be happy to help you replace this operator, but I am afraid this isn't enough information to go off. I need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that jut out the back of that operator body in your photos and push and pull the awning sash. A bird's eye view of the entire mechanism, handle, body, and arms, would be best. From there we'll do our best to ID what you need. 

That will suffice, thank you. I believe this is either the 39-013, with a 13-1/2" long arm, or the 39-027E, which has a 9-1/2" long arm. Compare the diagrams below with your old operator to see what matches best. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately.
