Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 15-177 can replace your old pivot shoe. Note that the Series 152 coil springs are sold separately and are designed to be screwed to the side of the pivot shoe with the 33-072. 

Based on the markings on the old springs, see the S152-6 6-pound coil spring and the S152-4 4-pound coil spring.
