Thanks for your post! The part you are searching for is the pivot shoe. I believe the 15-046 could possibly work for the repair but you'll need to remove it and compare the dimensions. If they are not a match, I'll need to know the width and thickness of your shoe.

Be sure to double check the pivot bars to determine if they might need to be replaced as well. These are the "pins" that are installed to the bottom of the sash (window).
