Please start by reviewing the 39-013 and 39-014 operators. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! Also see the compatible 39-114L handle.

For a new sash track, compare the 39-505 or 39-533 to confirm a match. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

If you are in need of new hinges, we will need to see a clearer image of the track on the window sill along with the length. Unfortuantely the screen is blocking this view. Thank you!

So it's the bottom track and looks like a price broke off from the control.

Thanks for getting back to us! That is part of the hinge, which resembles our 36-048 set as long as the base measures 10" long. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
