Based on your photo, the multipoint locks related on this page come to mind. I recommend reviewing the specifications for each part to see if one of them matches yours. Keep in mind that the projection of the fork is an important factor. 

As for the operator, take a look and compare the 39-315 to yours. We also offer the 39-316 opposite-handed version.
