I need two spiral window shoes, two pivots to find the shoes and the screw for the pvots

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your pivot shoe reminds me of either our 15-015 or our 15-046. To determine which of these is the best fit for your window, you'll need to remove your existing shoe and carefully compare the dimensions below.
Your pivot bar can likely be replaced with the 26-089 3" Pivot Bar. The 33-096 is the screw related to the this pivot bar but it may be best to take your existing screws to a local hardware store to have them matched up. This way you can ensure they will be a fit for your window.
I measured the shoe and I will need 2 of the 15_015 and 2 of the 26_089 pivots also the tensioner tool. Let me know how the proceed
