Parts for unmarked vinyl window

Question

There are no identifying marks or names anywhere on window or frame. The only numbers are on the inside window balancer. Please help identify the inside & outside balancers, tilt latch & balance shoe. Is is a new discussion.

Thanks for contacting us. Please see our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches, 15-129 pivot shoe, and S770-24 channel balance with a 24C option. I think you'll find this hardware matches up to what you have in your window quite well.
