This looks like our 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe. However, your shoe has a groove in its stem that interfaces with a similar groove in the channel balance it connects to. Our shoes and balances lack this groove. Therefore you will need an entirely new Series 795 Channel Balance. Read more about them here.

Thank you so much! To get those parts ordered, can you give me order numbers and I place order online, or do you still need more information to know the exact parts I need?

If you can tell me the exact length of the metal channel on your old balance, show me the stamp code on its metal channel, and also show me how it attaches to the top of the window track (it should use either a screw clip or a hook), I should be able to quickly narrow this down so you can place the order online. Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thank you, I will get that info and pics for you and get to you as soon as I can
A quick learner from Mansfield, PA says:
Length of metal channel 23 3/4" long
No stamp on metal channels.

Can you double-check the metal channel length? It would be very unlikely to have one of these balances measure in a X-3/4" increment. Without actually removing it from the window track you may be unable to get a proper reading. I also cannot see how the balance attaches to the top of the window jamb in these photos. If there's no stamp, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash to figure out what stamp option to select.
