It only the pivot shoe is needed, please see the 15-215. Compare the overall style and dimensions below to confirm a good fit! For a full new setup that includes coil springs, see the Series 140 coil balance.

For the tilt latch, are you able to provide the length and width of the base? Do you have an undamaged version where we can see the style of the latch tongue? Thank you!
