Parts needed?

Question

A tall American Craftsman vinyl double hung window installed 2011. Believe need 2 pivot shoes and the stops with the coil springs that attach to them. Also looks like the bottom right pin which goes into the pivot shoe is broken, is that replaceable?

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 26-378 pivot bar and the 17/32" thick 15-199 pivot shoe. These shoes use either the Series 160 or Series 165 constant force coil springs, depending on the width of your originals.
