Parts needed for my simonton windows.

I have two windows in my house that need spring balancers. The one picture shows the spring info I wrote down. Could you please let me know what parts I need.

Thanks for posting. Can you show us the pivot shoe that attaches to the coil balance system? The identity of the pivot shoe determines the identity of the coil balances needed. From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like our 15-199 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 160 1/2" Coil Balances as well as our Series 165 3/8" Coil Balances. It appears you need the S165-3, which is for 3 lbs of sash support individually. For a new coil balance housing, see our 15-205. Let us know if you have any other questions.
