Parts number verify

The balance shoes for couple of my windows have snapped off, and since the company is no longer making these shoes, my understanding is that I will have to replace the balance with new shoes. I believe S795-34 with stamp option 34D is what I am looking for but I have hook on top of the channel instead of bolt. Do you have any solution for this? For shoes wise I believe the part number should be 15-194, is this correct? Also, are there any extra part I would need? There are 3 windows in my house needed to be repaired and I would need a total of 6 sets.

Thanks for writing in. You are correct, you will need to replace both the shoes and balances. This certainly looks like a S795-34 with the 15-194 1" shoe. We can make up this balance with so that it has our 15-198 hook attached on top, so that way it can attach to the window the same way your old balance did.
