For the window lock, see our 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, or 38-139. Go over all the dimensions, particularly the projection of the fork in the back, to see if one of these matches what you need.

For the casement operator, the 39-114L should work as a handle; however, if the spline that the handle attaches to is popping out of the operator, it means the entire operator must be replaced. We can help with this, but I need to see your old operator out of the window, with the link arm(s) in full view.

Hi Bob thanks , yes the spline that attaches to 1 window falls off the window itself to reel the window back in.. pic attached and the actual locks on the windows is broken and the piece of metal inside that lock doesn't work.

See our 39-035 and 39-036 Operators. I believe this is the style you need. Just go over the dimensions to confirm.

For the metal inside the window, these locks interact with a Tie Bar. If the Tie Bar or any of its accessories are damaged, we'll need to see it out of the window for a closer look.
