It looks like you may be in need of the S795-36 with a 36B option. Take a look to confirm your part is a match for ours.

That looks correct, Will i need new pivot bars and what one will I need?

Your pivot bar looks like our 26-021. If your measurements match up with ours, then you should be able to use your current pivot bar with the Series 795 balance.
