We should be able to supply a replacement for this balance, but your photos are missing two key details for this project: a photo of the pivot shoe, and a photo of the hole in the frame where the top hook attaches.

Please show me those two photos and we can work from there. Please also tell me how many balances you wanted to buy.

Perfect, thanks so much. So, your balance is a special design that has to be custom ordered. To summarize what you need, the custom balances would be made to the following specifications:

• A 28C Series 795 channel balance used as a base
• The top screw tab swapped out for a 15-198 hook, to allow it to fit in the existing hole

There's another key difference, which is that your balance uses a much smaller 1" wide shoe rather than the 1-1/4" that the Series 795 comes with by default. Unfortunately, due to shop limitations we are unable to swap that shoe out for you, so I would advise that you buy our 1" wide 15-194 separately and then swap them out when you get them. They just clip on and off. Don't forget to add the 15-194 to your cart.
