Peachtree Double Hung non tilt

I have peachtree windows installed in 1992. They are aluminum exterior and wood interior. I need to replace the balances.

Balance Length 20.25 Number on Balance 19.25 Weight 13-17

Window Size 36x66 Cottage Window
Top Balance Length 23.25 Number on Balance 22.25 Weight 20-23
Bottom Balance Length 32.25 Number on Balance 31.25 Weight 24-28

Window Size 30x40
Balance Length 16.25 Number on balance 15.25 Weight 11-13

Thank you for posting! For the 36 x 48 window, I recommend our S745-20. For the 36 x 66 window, see our S745-23 for the top balance and S745-32 for the bottom balance. Finally, for the 30 x 40 window, see our S745-16. Does this hardware match your own?
