Please help identify the replacement balance & pivot shoe for a Pella window. It is a 1/2" Block & Tackle Channel Balance that is 28" long With a marking of 28B BSI
The pivot shoe has a patten # Stamp which is 4610108 & also Patten # 6,679,000. Approximately 1 3/16" wide & 3 1/8 " long & 5/8" wide.

Hello! Your balance is a match for our S795-28 with the 28B option and 15-194 shoe (sold separately). However, it looks like your balance may have a 15-198 hook instead of a screw tab like our S795 which means this will have to be a custom order. Can you confirm if yours has a hook? And how many balances will you need? |

Of course! I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for 2 of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Just note, the new balances won't come with the 15-194 shoe. You'll need to add that to your cart separately and attach it once you receive them. They just pop on and off, it's very easy. If you have any question just let me know! |
