I am looking for casement window cranks for left and right opening windows. The following markings are on the original crank: 45035-RH, TRUTH, RH, 3.

Hello,
Thanks for writing in! This version of your Truth operators are no longer available but our 39-013 and 39-014 Casement Window Operators should work well as replacements. These use the 39-114L Crank Handle.
Carefully look over the dimensions below to confirm.
