Pella windows block and tackle

Good morning,
Looking for a replacement block and tackle setup for Pella, circa 2010 manufacture. I am able to reuse the existing shoe guides if needed. The original block and tackle fit very snugly into the side channel of the window(FYI). Look forward to your response. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you have the S795 but with a hook instead of a screw tab which means this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the stamp on the back of the metal channel? We can get the ball rolling once we have that.

Good morning Emily,
Thank you so much for your assistance with my windows' block and tackle. Please see attached photo for the stamp on the channel. It looks like it is stamped with the markings: 16 C BSI. Thanks again.

No problem, Eric! I appreciate you confirming this for me. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S795-16 balances with the 16C stamp and 15-198 hooks attached.

Note that the balances come with the 15-195 shoe by default but you can reuse the old shoes if you'd like. They just pop on and off as shown in the video below.

For new shoes, see the 15-194 (sold separately).
