The pivot shoe looks like our 15-208, but the tilt window balance might nee to be custom made. I'm thinking of starting with our S770-24, but swapping the bottom clip with our 62-105 hook. I would also be using a stamp option of 24C for sashes weighing 17 through 22 pounds. Does this look good to you? Review this information and let me know what you think. If you agree, I'd be happy to send you a custom order form and price quote for 20 of these balances.
