Pivot Bars?

Hi, I found the correct balances (S795-33), but I can't figure out which pivot bars go with them. The old ones are U-shaped, but are too rusted out to distinguish. Also, any tips on getting the old ones out when they are rusted up & some are broken off at the tip? Thanks

Thanks for writing in! There are quite a few different pivot bars compatible with the Series 795 Channel balance. To be able to properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of them, preferably removed from the bottom of the sash.

I also noticed that your balance appears to have a hook attached to the top and it. This hook seems to fit into a slit in the window channel. That said, the replacement S795-33 channel balances you have will need to be a custom assembly with the 15-198 Balance Clip attached to the top of them.

In addition to the photo of the pivot bar, I'll also need to know the dimension for the width of the T-Lock balance shoe on your balance. If it is 1-1/4", I'll need to know if the metal cam is closed off or open in the back of the shoe.

The last piece of information I'll need to know is the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom assembly.
