Pivot Lock shoe (coil type) Slocomb tilt window

Question

Need to replace Coil pivot lock shoe for a Slocomb tilt window.  Picture shoes shoe in place only,  have not attempted to remove damage shoe.  Only marking has a patent # 5,704,185.  approx. dimensions 3/8" deep, 1-5/8" h x 1"w.

This shoe is no longer made but we've recommended the 15-199 Pivot Shoe to replace it in the past. You'll need to remove the existing shoe and compare the dimensions to confirm if it might work as a replacement for you. The thickness of the shoe is 17/32".

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

It is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil balance springs. You'll need to measurement the thickness of the existing springs to determine the correct series.
