Hey KW. It's a bit tough to tell, but I believe this shoe might be an older version of the 15-215, which is used in Series 140 Coil Balance systems. The best thing to do is to remove your old shoe and compare with the width and thickness listed below to ensure it matches up. Let me know if anything seems off, and send pictures if so. The video below shows how to remove and replace a similar coil balance assembly. Check it out.
