Question

I ordered the 15-215 but that one did not let the metal pivot turn
Or to put it another the posts of the window to turn into the 15-215 pivot to turn

You have the old original pivot shoe that has been replaced with 15-215, which is used in our Series 140 Coil Balance systems. Unfortunately, the manufacturer also made changes to the pivot bar. The two replacements are the 26-398 & 26-405. Please compare the hole dimension to your old pivot bar to see which matches best.
