Parts from 22 years ago. Both Pivot shoe locks broken. Not sure if need new pivot bars

Hey there!
This looks like the S765-28 with the 27-5 stamp. The pivot shoe may be the 15-046. I recommend you compare the dimensions to confirm everything aligns.
