May we see your pivot shoe that your pivot bar fits into. That might help us determine the correct pivot bar. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing your photos with us. I am not having the best of luck finding an exact match pivot bar that matches your screw holes. Our only options for this case would be going with either the 26-040 or 26-089 and drilling new holes to match the screw holes of your pivot bar. You will not need to cut down the length since the vinyl sashes have an open cavity to accept the bar.
