Pivot bar for Series 140

Question

I recently purchased two S140-10 coil balances, left and right. They went in easily, however, the existing pivot bar is to big to fit in S140-10 slots. The existing pivot bars are 1 1/4 inches long with two screw holes as shown in the picture. Can you tell me which Swisco pivot bars will fit my sash and Swisco's coil balance? the manufacturer of the the window is Alside.

Hi Mark. Take a look at our 26-378. This pivot bar is fully compatible with the Series 140 Coil Balance system; but make sure the distance between the tip of the pin that fits into the pivot shoe and at least one of the mounting holes matches your old pivot bar. The only other option is the 26-405. Let us know what you find.
