The first pivot bar to come to mind is our 26-378. This has a very similar style, though I'm not sure about the hole placement from the tip. Only one needs to match for this to work, and it does look like your front hole is 1-3/16" from the center of the hole to the front tip, just like ours. Can you confirm?

From the tip it's 1-3/8" and 2-3/8

Our 26-452 pivot bar has two screw holes; one measures 1-3/8" from center to tip and the other measures 2-3/8" from center to tip. I think this will be a better match.
