Pivot bar or pin

Question

Good Afternoon. I believe I need a couple new pivot bars or pins. My existing pins have rusted, so there is nothing to hold the window sash in place in the lock shoe at the tilt point. I have included pictures of a couple of labels on the window sash. I do not have any information on what kind of windows these are. I am hoping you can help me determine which pivot bar or pin to order.

Thanks for posting, Stephanie. Hm, I'm afraid it's going to be very difficult to say what kind of pivot bar you need without seeing an original sample. Your pivot shoe looks like it might be similar to our 15-046, which uses a 26-040 Pivot Bar. This has a U-shaped profile similar to what it looked like your old bar had; but again, without knowing your old part's dimensions, especially the distance between the mounting holes and the tip of the pivot bar, it is hard to say for certain. Is there an identical window in the house? Its possible you might be able to gain confirmation by looking at its pivot bars. Either way, take a look at the 26-040 and let us know what you think.
