Pivot bar and spiral balance replacement project

Question

Good day. Your website is excellent. However, I'm not sure what size pivot bar to order. One of them is rusted out. Also I measured the width of the silver tube that holds the spiral balance and it appeared to be 5/8 wide. As you can see in the photo, the overall length of the balance is just over 29''. This is for a 6 over 6 Andersen silver line (I think) single hung window. Your help greatly appreciated before I place my order.

We appreciate the detailed information and photos you have provided. Based on all of this, we believe you have the Silverline old 1200 series vinyl window. That being said, our 26-040 pivot bar should work for you. From there, guide yourself over to our 15-046 pivot shoe. Lastly, our S600-29 spiral balance with a red tip should go along with the other suggested hardware. It would also be worth considering purchasing our 75-006 charging tool to assist you with the installation of the spiral balance.
