We do not carry your exact pivot shoe, but we recommend reviewing the Series 140 coil balance as a replacement option. We do carry the 15-215 shoe separately from the balance assembly, but we recommend replacing the whole setup as we cannot confirm if your original springs will be compatible. 

Review the dimensions to confirm a good fit! If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted option, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.
