Pivot lock shoe

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this sticker doesn't help us ID your pivot shoe. We'd have to see photos of it to compare to our inventory. We'd also like to see a photo of the pivot bar.
Thank you! We don't sell a 1:1 match for this pivot shoe, but take a look at the 15-199. This is used with the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of the old spring band to determine the best pick. There should also be a weight code stamped on the spring.

It looks like this is a double coil support. If that's the case and if the springs are 3/8" wide, see the 15-204 support.
You can reuse the old springs if they're in good condition. However, you'll need to replace the coil springs on both sides of the window if they're broken.
