Pivot lock shoe

Question

Double coil lock shoe which is in need of replacement. It appears to be 1 1/4" wide, 1 3/8" high, and has a width of 1/2". It cannot be seen in the picture, but there is an "S" on the plastic above the metal housing for the pivot bar. The top coil has the marking 5K on it and the bottom coil has the marking 6R on it.

Please review the style and dimensions of the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Compare below to confirm a good fit!

For the coils, based on the original stamps, you can use (1) S152-5 and (1) S152-6 on each side of the window sash. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should be 22 pounds.
