Hello, It sounds like you need new coil balances to support the weight of your window sash. Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses the S152 coils springs and related items shown on our product pages, to your original hardware removed from the window. No problem. Take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-122 vent latch to yours. As for your pivot bar, we would need to see yours fully removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

Thanks for getting back to us. We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar but we have recommended the 26-030 as a possible replacement in the past. Take a look and confirm that the backset of at least one of your installation holes matches the specifications shown below. I can also confirm that the 26-122 would be our best replacement option for your vent latch. I would recommend removing yours from the window and double-checking your dimensions since they are close to ours.
