This looks similar to our 15-195B Open Cam T-Lock Shoe. However, your old shoe has a groove in the stem; this interfaces with a similar groove in your old channel balance. I am afraid neither our 15-195B nor the channel balances it interfaces with feature this groove. Therefore you will also need new balances: our Series 795. See this blog article here for further details.

A home owner from Cornelius, NC says:
I need this exact same shoe - I've matched the numbers shown in the photo with the shoe I have in my hand. Any luck finding them? I hate to replace all the balances.

Is the cam on your old shoe open (e.g. you can see out the back of it) or closed (there's a wall in the back of the cam)? It's tough to tell in the photo. If it's closed, you might be able to use the 15-236, a newer shoe we've brought in with the groove in the stem. Please compare.

If your shoe has an open cam, I am afraid the 15-236 likely won't work; in which case, you will need new balances.
