Pivot replacement for a Vista Wall Commercial Door

Question

Trying to find a replacement pivot set for a left-handed door to fit a Vista Wall door.  This is for a Church with double front doors. Pictures are attached.

From your photos It appears that you have the 79-127 and 79-128 pivot set. Being a set of doors, it might be best to replace the pivots on both of them. If one went bad the other one is sure to follow.
