Pivot sash

Hi, We have Accu-Weld windows. The cylinder on the pivot shoe of one has sheared apart. I have pictures. Do you carry this part? How do I find the right part? I have the window lot number as well. Thank you. Rachel

This looks like our 15-215 pivot shoe, which is most commonly used on our Series 140 balance system. Check it out and let me know if this is a good match.
