I recently bought 14 pieces of the item number 15-046 but this is 1-1/4 I need some like 7/8 or 1"

Can you help me with that, I need it as soon as possible

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like the 15-046 is what you're showing here. Can you upload some photos of your old pivot shoe preferably removed from the window? The 15-045 measures 1" wide but I can't be sure this is what you need without photos.

This is the picture for the old ones but I can replace for a new system that I bought with you

We don't sell a pivot shoe that measures 7/8" thick, unfortunately. Looking at the shoe shown here, the Series 795 would be a better match for the balances as long as the old spring diameter is 1/2". We always recommend sticking with the original hardware that the window was designed to use.
