Pivot shoe for channel balance

Question

We have quite a few of our single hung windows in our house where the channel balances have "popped" as these guys have given way. Measurements are approximately 1" wide and and about 1 7/8" tall. The windows are in a Ryan Home - I don't know the brand of windows. I think the actual springs are fine, it just seems that the hook on the top of these are giving way. I don't see a part number, but the part says Pat #6.679.000 4.610.108. D467.490.

Hopefully you have a replacement that is also more durable.

At first glance, this T-Lock Shoe looks like our 1" wide 15-194. However, our shoe lacks that groove in the stem yours features; I believe your balances have a similar indentation that interfaces with that groove. Because our components lack this feature, I am afraid you'll need not only new shoes, but new balances as well. See our Series 795. This blog article here goes into more detail.
